Dust Collector Valve
A Dust Collector Valve, also known as a Pulse Jet Valve or Dust Collector Pulse Valve, is an important component used in industrial dust collection and air pollution control systems. It delivers a short, high-pressure burst of compressed air to clean dust from filter bags, cartridge filters and other filtration media. This reverse-pulse cleaning helps maintain airflow, filtration efficiency and continuous dust collector operation.
Pulse Jet Dust Collector Valve
Pulse jet valves are generally pilot-operated diaphragm valves designed for rapid ON/OFF operation. During the cleaning cycle, the valve releases compressed air through the blow tube into the filter element, creating a shock wave that dislodges accumulated dust. They are commonly used in bag filters, cartridge collectors, baghouses, ceramic filters and other industrial filtration systems.
